Thank you for purchasing SuperFly Autos magazine! Our online store is operated through Payhip, with Stripe and Bookvault handling payments, printing, and shipping worldwide. To provide a smooth purchasing experience, we’d like to clarify our guidelines:

  1. Printing, Payment, and Fulfilment
    All payment processing, printing, and fulfilment services are managed by Payhip, Stripe, and Bookvault. As these providers handle these services independently, Diecast Heroes has no direct control over printing timelines, shipping schedules, or payment processing. For any questions about these processes, please refer to the relevant provider’s Merchant Guidelines.

  2. Discount Codes
    If you have a discount code, please ensure it is applied before completing your purchase, as we are unable to apply discounts after payment has been made. However, if you encounter any issues, we’re happy to transfer your discount code for use on your next purchase.

  3. Reporting Damaged Goods

    Please ensure to bring any issues that do not pertain to damage caused by delivery to us as soon as possible as we do only have 7 days after delivery, where we can communicate any potential damage to Bookvault.

  4. Returns Policy

    Since Bookvault, our print partner, does not accommodate returns, we are unable to accept magazine returns or provide refunds on purchases. However, we are committed to working closely with you to find a satisfactory solution within reasonable expectations if issues arise. If your magazine arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us, and we'll assist you in resolving it.
