1. How long does it take for my magazine to arrive?

Delivery times depend on two stages: printing and shipping.

Print-on-demand production typically takes a few working days before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown before you complete your order.

Please note that print schedules and courier services can vary, especially during busy periods.

2. Can I check on my order status?

Yes. If you have a question about your order, you can contact us at editor@superflyautos.com.
Please include your full name and the email address used at checkout so we can assist you efficiently.

In some cases, order-specific enquiries may need to be passed to our fulfilment partner.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Our magazines are available for international shipping to most non-embargoed destinations. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

4. What should I do if my magazine arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at editor@superflyautos.com with photos of the damage and your order details. We’ll work with our fulfilment partner to help resolve the issue on your behalf.

5. How can I access digital issues?

Digital editions are delivered via email shortly after purchase. If you don’t see your download link, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll help.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

Because publications are produced on demand, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

7. Do you offer magazine subscriptions?

Not at the moment.

Right now, we publish individual issues and make them available as they’re released. This allows us to focus on each magazine on its own terms and make them accessible to readers worldwide. Subscriptions may be considered in the future, but for now we’re taking things one issue at a time.

8. Is SuperFly Autos an officially registered publication?

Yes. SuperFly Autos™ is an independent magazine registered with the British Library and holds International Standard Serial Numbers (ISSN) for its print and online editions.
